| Glo-Con s.r.l is based in Italy, and currently operates out of three offices in the region of Liguria, along the Italian Riviera:
Balestrino Glo-Con's main office is located in Balestrino, a small village comprised of about 500 inhabitants, nestled in the Ligurian hills with spectacular views of the sea. Ceriana Glo-Conīs second office is based in Ceriana, a very typical Ligurian hill-top village which overlooks beautiful valleys and views of the sea. Ceriana is only six miles inland from the globally-recognized city of Sanremo. Sanremo, which is famous for its international music festival and competition, is also recognized worldwide for its colourful and vibrant flowers. Garlenda Glo-Con recently opened its third office in Garlenda, a village located directly on the one and only 18 hole golf course in Liguria. Garlenda is situated near the famous town of Albenga - a town which was founded 2000 years ago by the Romans (and is the oldest community on the Italian Riviera). Two other offices are scheduled to open soon in Arma di Taggia and Baiardo. THE GLO-CON TEAM Glo-Con has a small but efficient team, comprised of: Klaus Manager, Glo-Con & Supervisor of Building and Restoration Klaus has been active in overseeing the restoration of rustic houses throughout the region. During the restoration process, emphasis is placed on ensuring houses are transformed into comfortable and functional houses without comprising the unique old world charm of the structure. In an effort to do so, original materials (ie. stones from the original edifice) are used whereever possible, and structural details orginally within the home - like vaulted cielings or antique stone floors - are restored and kept intact. Klaus and his building teams are specialized in the restoration of completely uninhabitable homes; but the team also extends itself to the construction of new, quality homes on uniquely stunning plots of land. He also is our property scout and is, therefore, always on the lookout for new bargain properties which might be of interest to our numerous clients worldwide. Roby also manages the Ceriana office and assists clients who are already home owners in the Ceriana - Baiardo and Sanremo area. Claudia Accountant & Secretary Claudia is based in the Ceriana office, where Glo-Con also provides its clients with Internet access. Claudia is also in charge of property management in the Ceriana - Sanremo area. In this role, she assists clients with their hotel bookings or holiday home searches.
